I build the AI sales infrastructure
behind companies scaling 1 to 100 past $10M.
Voice agents. SMS agents. Dialers. Lifecycle campaigns. Lead scoring. Commission systems. The entire engine — not just the chatbot on top.

There's a gap in the market right now. Founders scaling past $1M ARR need serious sales infrastructure — AI SDRs that actually book calls, dialers that don't get flagged as spam, lifecycle campaigns that recover dead leads, dashboards that show leadership what's actually happening. They get sold $5K Zapier workflows and $50K enterprise contracts they can't configure.
I'm the engineer you hire when you want what the $50K system does, built in 30-60 days, operated by one person, and tuned specifically for your funnel. I've spent the last few years as the sole technical architect at a US-based sales-as-a-service company — building the infrastructure that runs their client operations and powers their SaaS product.
I'm quietly opening up capacity for 2 new engagements this year.
What I've built in production
Every system below is live, currently running, and handling real customer volume. Not demos. Not prototypes.
Conversational AI SMS
Multi-turn stateful conversations with persistent memory. Carrier-compliant throttling. Model-agnostic routing so I can swap between Claude, GPT, and open-source for cost/quality tradeoffs.
AI Voice Agents
Production voice infrastructure shipped across three vendor stacks over two years. I know the tradeoffs because I've actually moved workloads between them.
Self-Hosted Dialer Stack
Full human-setter contact center on open-source infrastructure. Carrier integration, anti-spam number rotation, automatic lead flow between AI and human agents. 70-90% cost reduction vs. managed dialers.
Lifecycle Campaigns
Automated reactivation across 4 segments: application abandoners, no-shows, cancellations, low-ticket upsell targets. Leads flow automatically between campaigns based on state, no manual intervention.
Lead Scoring & Tiered Routing
Historical cohort analysis on form-fill data to identify which answers actually predict closes. Weighted scoring model. Tiered calendar pools so top closers get highest-probability leads, newer reps train on real volume without touching money leads.
Ops Observability
Centralized data warehouse with BI dashboards covering the full funnel. Real-time Slack alerting with role-based routing. Commission attribution for every rep, tied to close events. The operating picture leadership actually trusts.

Who I actually work with
Fit matters more than price. If you're not in the list below, I'm not the right engineer for you — and I'll tell you that on the first call.
- + B2B founders doing $1M–$15M ARR with a working offer, high-ticket or subscription, selling through sales calls.
- + Coaches, agencies, info products, and B2B services with real inbound volume (at least 500 leads/month) and closers on the team.
- + Companies where manual lead follow-up is leaking revenue — no-shows, cancellations, dead application pipeline.
- + Founders who want operational leverage, not a Zapier tutorial.
- — Pre-revenue or pre-offer. I build infrastructure on top of working businesses, not before they exist.
- — "Can you just add AI to our website chat?" — there are cheaper tools for this.
- — Companies that want to replace human reps entirely. AI routes, qualifies, and reactivates. Humans still close.
How we work together
Two ways to engage, depending on where you are.
Infrastructure Sprint
One focused build: AI SMS + voice agent on your funnel, database reactivation, lead scoring + tiered routing, dashboards, and Slack alerting. Complete handover with documentation. You own the system and can operate it without me. Most engagements end here.
Fractional RevOps Engineer
For companies that want me embedded. I own the entire AI + dialer + lifecycle + observability stack — building, iterating, and operating alongside your team. Think founding engineer energy, without the equity conversation or the FTE headcount.
If you have the traffic, I'll build the engine.
25-minute call. I ask how your funnel works, you ask whatever you want about my stack. If there's a fit, we talk next steps. If not, you walk away with at least one specific thing to fix.
