This is my attempt at becoming an elite writer…lol. Yes, I can’t write for shit. Yes, I believe that software and AI are going to eat the world. Who knows, an AI probably wrote this. No, an AI did not write it, but trust that there’s at least some AI influence in this write-up. Also I will add the AI edited version of this same article at the end.
So why am I doing this? The simple answer is a combination of things. It may be long-winded, but bear with me and follow along.
I have this mentor that I listen to on a pretty regular basis, Professor Galloway. He is extremely intelligent and has achieved a lot of success in many aspects of his life. He has failed and gotten back up (imagine getting rich, losing it all, getting rich again, losing it all again, and pulling himself up again—that requires some grit). I also think he is very wise and gives a lot of interesting advice. He is a professor of marketing at NYU Stern Business School, consults for big brands, and is a seasoned speaker and writer. You should definitely check him out.
I listened to one of his interviews, and he was asked what skill he would want his children to master. He replied, “It will be how to become a master communicator through any medium and a wonderful storyteller.” He then drew parallels between storytellers and many great entrepreneurs like Elon Musk, Steve Jobs, Jeff Bezos, etc. If Elon wasn’t a great storyteller (of course, he worked hard, but this is part of the reason he is where he is), there might be no Tesla. What do I mean by that? Executing a vision like Tesla requires a huge amount of capital. While Tesla was not yet executing on the grand vision and was losing money year over year, Elon sold the vision very well to investors. They kept investing and buying a shit ton of Tesla stock at valuations that didn’t make sense. This allowed them to raise a war chest of cash and pull that vision forward, using the army of capital raised by masterful storytelling to execute on what Tesla is today. Bezos also sold the dream of the everything store online at a time when it was inconceivable, as have many of our great entrepreneurs. Professor G highlighted other benefits, but he had me convinced that I HAVE TO BECOME A MASTER COMMUNICATOR AND STORYTELLER IN ANY MEDIUM.
Also, there has been this yearning in my spirit to do this for a while, but this has finally tipped me over. Hopefully, this experiment turns out to go a long way to help me get there. I may or may not play with other mediums like video, podcasts, etc. I’m just going to try it all, hopefully. What will I try to write about? I DON’T KNOW. But I just need to get a lot of reps under my belt writing about anything and everything. Let’s see how far I take it. I might end up writing a book!

AI EDITED HELLO WORLD
Hello, world! I’m here to confess something: I’m not the best writer. But guess what? I’m on a mission to change that.
Why I’m Writing
Inspired by my mentor’s wisdom and a burning desire to share my thoughts, I’ve decided to embark on a writing journey. Who knows, maybe an AI is secretly guiding my fingers as I type this… but that’s a story for another day. The real story is this: I’m Modurotijesu, and I’m convinced that software and AI are about to gobble up the world.
The Power of Storytelling
My mentor, the brilliant Professor Galloway (seriously, check him out), dropped a truth bomb on me recently. He said the one skill he’d want his kids to master is the art of communication and storytelling. That got me thinking about the likes of Elon Musk, Steve Jobs, and Jeff Bezos. These guys aren’t just geniuses; they’re master storytellers. They painted such vivid pictures of the future that people threw money at them, even when their companies were losing millions. Think about it: Tesla wasn’t always the sleek electric car empire it is today. It was a struggling startup, bleeding cash. But Elon spun a yarn so captivating that investors couldn’t resist. That’s the power of storytelling, folks.
My Goals
So, here I am, diving headfirst into this whole writing thing. I may not be Hemingway yet (hell, I’m not even sure I’m a decent Twitter troll), but I’m determined to get better. I’ll be experimenting with different mediums – blogs, videos, maybe even interpretive dance if I get desperate enough.
As for what I’ll write about? Your guess is as good as mine. Maybe I’ll share hilarious anecdotes about my life, or rant about the latest tech trends. Maybe I’ll even pen the next great Nigerian novel (fingers crossed!). The point is, I’m here to learn, grow, and hopefully entertain you along the way.
Join the Journey
If you’ve made it this far, you deserve a medal (or at least a virtual high-five). If you’re curious to see where this writing adventure takes me, drop your email below. I’ll keep you updated on my progress, and who knows, maybe one day you’ll be reading my Pulitzer Prize-winning masterpiece. Okay, maybe that’s a bit ambitious. But hey, a guy can dream, right?
